As CEO Mr. Lynd presides over the organization and acts as the
Chief Investments Officer of the company with his main focus being
the Investment Decisions for the entire organization
Mr. Lynd is a VP of The Lynd Company (TLC) a property
management firm, Managing Director of Lynd Residential Properties
(LRP) a multifamily investment vehicle and Managing Director of
Lynd Development Partners (LDP) a development Company
He has been part of the principal team that has raised
over $340M in equity which has been used to purchase/develop over
$1.8B worth of real estate over the past 5 years.
Mr. Lynd graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas,
with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in
Finance. Mr. Lynd brings an extensive background in real estate
acquisition, valuation, and finance having directly presided over
nearly $1 billion in apartment transactions and developments in the
last 6 years.
In addition to a substantial network of real estate professionals,
Mr. Lynd has a valuable network of relationships with institutional
joint venture partners, lenders and property owners developed in
over his 14 year real estate career.
